      Hello, dears, 
    I have problem on communication with a car. J2534 can not link with cars or recognize  cars , there is a sign in my dvise says that there is no communication with the vehicle .
     thanks in advance ..... please help

    If you are still in your update period, have you tried to update the VCI?

       Thank you so much Witsend for your help , I really appreciate it . Unfortunately I am out off update period and i have not tried to update the VCI .
     Today , I connected the Standard USB Cable with J2534 ECU and it is worked but wireless could not be worded . The BT communication is the problem . Please how can i solved

     I would Go into Settings / connections and make sure bluetooth is turned on and airplane mode is turned off

     Sorry Witsend , Last night, I did  update the J2534 ECU , and  my devise gave some kind of update and then told me that was the last version, 4.0  and this is latest version .   when i use the USB cable no problem ,but BT does no work properly , weak sign and weak communication 
       Please, what do you suggest . To be honest with you , I am afraid that if I purchase new update for the all software, the problem will still as it is ....

     If  the black rubber Antenna is missing from VCI , can this affect the BT communication much or reduce distance only

    Or buy one of the Autocom interface and remove the Antenna from it they should be the same.............
